Greetings Sorors of the GREAT Great Lakes Region,
Welcome to the 90th Great Lakes Regional Conference website! I hope you will experience the grandeur of all we have to offer during the Virtual 90th Great Lakes Regional Conference, April 15-18, 2021. It thrills me that as of this year we can say the Great Lakes Region has been meeting every year for nine decades! This is a major achievement because although we are virtual again, we remain together as “one region, one sisterhood.” for another spectacular regional conference.
We will enjoy the hospitality of the Sorors of Phi Psi Omega Chapter in suburban Cincinnati, Ohio, also known as the “Queen City.” Hence, our theme for the 90th Great Lakes Regional Conference is “Regal in Excellence, Royal in Service.” Sorors, prepare yourselves for a majestic weekend filled with courtly celebrations, royal reconnections and stately sisterly fellowship, in addition to educational workshops and plenaries to handle the business of Alpha Kappa Alpha.
